Our farm is nestled along the Mohawk River, northeast of Eugene/Springfield. We are dedicated to growing great produce, stewarding soil, and protecting the nearby wild. We grow organic vegetable seed for some of your favorite seed companies and food for our farm community.By purchasing our food, you are supporting a remarkable network of people actively building resilience and biodiversity within the food shed.
WHO'S YOUR FARMER?
Dan Schuler loves producing great food, soaking up summertime, and planting fruit trees. As a farmer, he is blending his training in landscape architecture and permaculture systems to build a bountiful and regenerative foodscape.
Shelley Bowerman grows food with the dinner table in mind. It's all about the flavor, and nothing tastes better than farm-fresh food grown with love.
Dan and Shelley met teaching the UO Urban Farm class. Moondog's was born from the idea that a farm and its community are inextricably tied. We are incredibly grateful for the passionate network that have joined us on this incredible journey.
